Amanda has collaborated with several different companies and has gained experience in customer service, office administration and as a Pharmacy Technician. It was not until she started working at FedEx Ground that she gained not only the knowledge of the Human Resources team but also the knowledge that this career path is where her passion of helping others has led her. She always said that her role in the HR Department did not feel like a job as she genuinely enjoyed what she did. Her hope for the future is to take that passion and apply it to her new role.

Amanda likes to describe herself as a self-acknowledged “Book Dragon.” She is an avid book reader and has even traveled out of state just to go to a bookstore and is currently planning her next book buying adventure. She is recently married and the proud fur mama of Jack the menace kitty and to Hachi, a six-month old puppy. She is also a lover of Disney movies, from snow white to Wish. Her favorite character is of course Olaf. She would listen to Christmas all year round if she could get away with it. She also enjoys her quiet time by doing crafts like painting, drawing, and sewing Christmas stocking for family members.
